I am 14 years old and I want to gain muscle and lose a little bit more fat on my stomach at the same time. how do I do this?

Work out daily but skip one day a week. Watch out for junk food and keep away from soft drinks.

I don't drink soda and I'm starting to eat healthy. Are there any workouts that u know that cause the afterburn affect? If so can u tell me

30 pushups a night, and 100 situps a night. dont eat junk either

Sit ups and crunches help lose belly fat. Also squats help. ALWAYS suck in your stomach at all times! Eat healthy and don't over do it! =)

proteins are important. talk to a coach at your high school for nutrition information. make sure you are staying away from processed sugars and oils (sweets and deep fried stuff) because you body can't use them and stores what it can't flush fat cells and arteries.

I'm in 8th grade. I have a gym teacher here who is an amazing athlete. He competed in the Boston marathon and came in like 20 or 30th. Ill ask him. Thank you!
