How to get ready for cheerleader and tryouts

i am trying out

eat lots of fruits and veggies. drink lots of water. get good amount of sleep. dont stretch TOO much bc you could pull a muscule and that wouldnt be good. maybe run a couple laps around your house. goodluck<3

I suggest eating healthy trying to run for at least an hour each day. Strech a lot to keep your flexibility because you don't wanna lose that. Rehease some dances and stuff to
