there isn't really an easy way...the only thing you can do is work hard loosing the weight and don't give up if you really want to loose weight. make loosing weight also fun by playing sports or go swimming and go surf. if there snow where you live then go skiing or snowboarding. eat right and workout everyday and you will be loosing the weight :)
Don't eat more of any food than what you can fit in your hand. By this rule you will eat smaller portions & with exercising you will loose weight. When you eat steak weigh it & have a small piece say 100-150 grams if no bone. Stay away from bananas & sweet corn. Eat lots of fresh fruit & salad. Have clear salad dressings rather than creamy ones. Use jam to sweeten rather than sugar for breakfast cereal.and walk walk walk. Use a stepper to count your steps & measure weight loss rather than use weight loss by scales. Goodluck.
Don't expect to lose much in two weeks. With luck, you can drop 5-10 pounds, but it would require extreme measures. First, I would limit my daily caloric intake to about 1200-1400. Yes, you'll have to count calories and watch your portion sizes! Spread this out over 5-6 small meals. Drink 8-10 full glasses of water a day.
Then, you'll have to move... a lot... You'll probably have to jog, get on an elliptical machine, or do a brisk walk for at least 30 minutes a day, getting your heart rate up. Do this every day.
Please note, this is NOT a healthy long-term diet plan, but if you just need to lose weight quickly for some kind of special event, it won't harm you to do it once.
After that, increase your caloric intake to a recommended level for your age, sex, and weight, and try to keep up the exercise. Some of what you lose will be water weight, but it might be enough to let you fit into a special outfit or something, if that's your goal.
Walk around or move around a lot. It seems simple but it burns more calories than you think. Also, make healthier food choices. DONT skip meals. However, when eating, don't eat too much. If you want a snack, have an apple or a fruit you like. Drink lots of water, it will not just only help you lose weight, but also make your skin lighter and smoother.
I think having a diet and exercising are the most helpful. On your diet don't eat anything with too much calories, and exercise often. Or you could try to not eat as much as often. But that would not be a healthy diet. So don't try that.
