What's a fast and easy way to lose weight?

If there was a fast and easy way to lose weight you wouldn't see any obese people. Sorry to break the bad news.

Right. Because losing weight is NOT easy. That was my point. You can do it but you've got to be willing to work for it.

Skinny people will always say that. What about people who take medication that puts on weight. What about people who have an injury & can't exercise. What about menopause. Fluctuation of hormones, thyroid problems to name a few reasons for weight gain & I'm not even a nurse. It's not always as it seems. I have been size 7 & size 16. & all the sizes in between. Life does a lot to each & everyone of us so if your lucky enough to be thin or small all your life don't judge others. You don't know their story. Have some compassion, it's free.

there isn't really an easy way...the only thing you can do is work hard loosing the weight and don't give up if you really want to loose weight. make loosing weight also fun by playing sports or go swimming and go surf. if there snow where you live then go skiing or snowboarding.
eat right and workout everyday and you will be loosing the weight :)

You need to measure calorie intake. Take in less than you burn, and you'll lose weight.
It takes a long time, though.

Liposuction. Expensive and dangerous, but it IS fast and requires no effort on your part (apart from healing.)

Alternatively, eat a high-protein low-carb diet and exercise a lot. Control your portions. Drink only water.

you can lose weight in two weeks all you have to do is eat a salad everyday excercise everyday and eat fruits and vegetables no fat food

Don't eat more of any food than what you can fit in your hand. By this rule you will eat smaller portions & with exercising you will loose weight. When you eat steak weigh it & have a small piece say 100-150 grams if no bone. Stay away from bananas & sweet corn. Eat lots of fresh fruit & salad. Have clear salad dressings rather than creamy ones. Use jam to sweeten rather than sugar for breakfast cereal.and walk walk walk. Use a stepper to count your steps & measure weight loss rather than use weight loss by scales. Goodluck.

Why bananas ? I heard bananas are good for losing the weight on your legs .

They are high energy but very fatning. When I lost 25 kilos on my own in 8 months, I would only eat a banana at the beginning of a 10 km walk cos it would get burnt up over the walk.

Don't expect to lose much in two weeks. With luck, you can drop 5-10 pounds, but it would require extreme measures. First, I would limit my daily caloric intake to about 1200-1400. Yes, you'll have to count calories and watch your portion sizes! Spread this out over 5-6 small meals. Drink 8-10 full glasses of water a day.

Then, you'll have to move... a lot... You'll probably have to jog, get on an elliptical machine, or do a brisk walk for at least 30 minutes a day, getting your heart rate up. Do this every day.

Please note, this is NOT a healthy long-term diet plan, but if you just need to lose weight quickly for some kind of special event, it won't harm you to do it once.

After that, increase your caloric intake to a recommended level for your age, sex, and weight, and try to keep up the exercise. Some of what you lose will be water weight, but it might be enough to let you fit into a special outfit or something, if that's your goal.

I live by this NUTRI-SYSTEM. This really works, and the food is great. My 18 year old son wants to eat my cheesebugers. I lost a total of 50lbs in 5 months. Walk around or move around a lot. It seems simple but it burns more calories than you think. Also, make healthier food choices. DONT skip meals. However, when eating, don't eat too much. If you want a snack, have an apple or a fruit you like. Drink lots of water, it will not just only help you lose weight, but also make your skin lighter and smoother.

Drinking water also flushes fat cells from your body so drink lots of water & try to go to the toilet as often as possible.

I think having a diet and exercising are the most helpful. On your diet don't eat anything with too much calories, and exercise often. Or you could try to not eat as much as often. But that would not be a healthy diet. So don't try that.
