How can I get my dog to stop licking me

We call her miss licks a lots cause she licks so much

Put lemon juice or tabasco sauce on your hand and have your dog lick it.
If you practice this often, your dog will stop licking you hopefully.

Maybe if you have a strong perfume or cologne that she doesn't like, she wont want to lick you.

i grab a chew and give it to mine. it detours her and she is better at not licking as much. it takes time.

They have sprays to stop chewing, biting, licking. It's bitter apple, and just a couple of licks normally stops the bad habit. But remember, apply it only to the areas shes licking, and DON'T lick it yourself. Ewwwww!

What I do with mine is just GENTLY push her face away and say, "No" in a very stern way. I may have to do it a couple of times, but she gets the idea. Also, you can also use the word "stop". Use their name before you say the word, as I say, "Sierra, no."

I usually jusa give it food and what ever you do DO NOT LICK IT BACK TO PROOVE A POINT. I did that stupidly and it juss made it worse

get a spray bottle with water in it and every time the dog licks you squirt him/her. but you have to get in the habit of carrying that bottle everywhere you go. it does not hurt them and after about two weeks they get the idea. also say "NO" every time you have to use the squirt bottle.

i did this at first .. but my pup is only 6-7 lbs (soakin' wet) & she ended up soakin wet pretty fast ... lol ... the dog chew thing is working well with her ...
