Depression is a serious condition, some people have it so bad they are physically unable to get out of bed for weeks at a time. if you feel it is even semi-serious go see a doctor. Many people think depression is all in their, head it's not, it is a legitimate medical condition. treatment is usually trial and error to see what works for the individual, but talk therapy combined with other treatments almost always helps.
Try not to think about it or think it in positive ways. Be busy by trying to improve yourself or something, just keep yourself doing something good. It will help you to forget about your depression. and you must always have faith in yourself so there will be no more depression.

find someone you trust, and talk to them, the first step to solving all problems is healthy conversation, those feelings of hurt cannot go away if you don't let them out somehow, keep a journal, write poetry or something about how you feel, and just choose to let go of each problem every day, so that you can do better tommorow.
It helps if you to remember that your not alone. Also expressing yourself is very important! If your not ready to talk to someone try art, dance, sports, or music, whatever makes you feel good. Wellness begins from within
