Question about weight loss read details

so I'm actually kind of thin, like my arms and legs and such, but I feel like I'm quickly gaining weight at my stomach. any tips to lose that extra belly fat? I'm not going to starve myself, because I know how unhealthy that is. thank you so much for your help! <3

cut out junk..sugar, white flour, eat more lean protein and veggies. daily exercise will do you good too. even walking for an hour at a fast enough pace to raise your heart rate is good.

If your gaining in your stomach only I would get checked out.

Don't eat ANYTHING after 8:00pm. Unused calories get stored as fat cells while you sleep. And dinner should actually be the smallest meal of the day. Why pack in a huge amount of calories only to go to bed a few hours later?
