I don't know what that is, but I'd recommend going to see a doctor, they can tell you for sure.

She embarrassed to do this. I tried convincing her but she says she can't

I'm sorry, but she's got to swallow her pride and go to the doctor. Better go to the doctor and be embarrassed for a little while then not go to the doctor and be hurt for life!

It is normal, but if she's really worried ask the doctor just to make sure what it really is.

Yes that is a blood clot. A lot of women get them. But they are nothing to play around with, she needs to consult a GYN about this and see what they say.

I don't think there's anything to worry about unless she experiences really severe cramping as well. Clots can be small or large, as long as they can be passed through the cervix. Sounds to me like it was just a couple of large clots.

That's okay, actually, this does happen but not to all girls. Remember, everyone girl's body is different. This is normal. However, to be more secure, I suggest you got and talk to a female doctor. But don't worry.

Definitely tell your sister she needs to see a doctor. Tell her it's nothing to be scared or nervous about, all women should see a gynecologist at least once a year (yes, you too). Don't be embarrassed--if you're nervous or shy about it, look for a woman doctor. It's no different than seeing your dentist or eye doctor, it's taking responsible care of your body.

It's probably the uterine lining which is supposed to come out during periods. If it affects her in any serious way, she should see a doctor.
