I have an iPod 4th generation and it wont let me text my mom on her iPhone 3 , any ideas why it won't let me

If your iPod would not let you text your mother on her iPhone, it means that there are some settings on your iPod that are hindering the transfer of messages. Go to a nearby iPod store for help.
