Is there a reason why my hands r always cold?

like right now they are freezing and idk what is wrong

Could be Raynaud's syndrome. It's a vasomotor response caused by a problem with the sympathetic nervous system. Are your fingers turning blue or red? That is a key sign.
It could be a circulation issue.
Otherwise it just might be normal for you.
If you're female it is more likely to have cold hands because your body will store heat in your core unlike men who are more evenly warm.
If its really bothering you, check with a doctor.

It's not a male/female issue. And actually keeping your core warm is good for keeping your extremities warm. Hate it, but I am an expert. Been dealing with Raynaud's for over 25 years. Willing to share all my knowledge/experience to help others.

Raynaud's is not a male or female issue but women do store warmth in their core while men's warmth is spread more evenly throughout their body when they are cold.

Associate Professor Taylor says, "The blood flow to the hands and feet changes very rapidly so that we can lose or conserve heat. The blood vessels to the hands and feet are the first to constrict when we feel cold. So a woman will constrict the blood flow to the feet and hands before a man will, and this is why she feels colder."

You are correct concerning blood flow will be concentrated towards keeping internal organs warm (core) and extremities will 'suffer'. This still has nothing to do with male/female.

Because it's cold out, it could be poor circulation. put on some gloves and get warm, it's 0 deg here, and I'm pretty cold inside...
