If you have discolored skin, and you want to lighten areas of your skin, you can use lemon juice to lighten skin. Of course, if you have sensitive skin, lemon juice may not be the best solution because of its acidity. You can use it in small concentrations, and not too often if you have sensitive skin. You can also get cosmetic lightening creams, but lemon is a more natural solution. I use lemon to make my skin paler [I like the pale skin/dark hair look], but it does dry my skin quite a bit.

Oatmeal, Yogurt and Tomato Juice One mask you can create is with the use of oatmeal, yogurt and tomato juice. Mix the three altogether to create a thin paste. Apply this paste all over your skin and allow it to stay for 20 minutes before rinsing the mask off with cold water.
Milk, Honey and Lemon Juice Combine 1 tsp. each of powdered milk, honey and lemon juice with tsp. almond oil to create another mask which you can use to lighten dark skin. Apply this mask all over your skin and let it sit on your skin for 10 to 15 minutes before rinsing it.
Dried Orange Peels and Yogurt In making the third type of mask, you will need some dried orange peels. First, peel off fresh oranges and let it dry under the sun then once they are dried, you have to grind them and mix with yogurt. You will then apply the mixture onto your skin and let it stay for 15 minutes before rinsing it off.
