Well (wall charger +) , (good condition+) as for the otter box it is a tricky situation not everyone will be interested in it as for the price first off its used secondly they will have to get head phones just remember people want to feel like they are getting a deal that is why people buy things used.look at how much a new one cost shave down the price. Remember it is worth as much as someone is willing to pay but by all means don't let people low ball you. Good luck
