How to take less naps.
Well, I'm 14 and get around 8 hours of sleep a night (give or take a few) And when I get home from school I'll take a nap. Which is fine, but I do it just about everyday for a few hours and I don't want to sleep my afternoon away. I assume it's because I'm a teenager, but what should I do? (I don't know if this helps or not but I exercise for about 20 minutes each day)
