Shaking in the legs is caused by a disorder in the central nervous system. This can be multiple sclerosis, essential tremor or cerebellum. Excessive alcohol drinking can also cause shaking. This means you need to see a doctor if you do not take alcoholic drinks. Get more information on http://www.ninds.nih.gov/disorders/tremor/detail_tremor.htm.

Sometimes when your muscles have spastic attacks they tend to get weak. Do you work out a lot, or have you and not been used to it? Also if you have anxiety your body shakes, sometimes only in certain parts of your body.
