Is it true that when girls breathe their stomachs expand with a breath and deflate when they exhale, and opposite with boys?
No one's stomach expands. Everyone's lungs expand when the inhale and deflate when they exhale. Everyone's abdomen APPEARS to shrink when they inhale and return to the prior size when exhaling.
No. The only organs that are different between males and females are the ones at the bottom of the torso. Nothing to do with the upper torso (diaphragm etc.) How we breathe has nothing to do with our gender.
When breathing properly.. the stomach should expand
My abs appear to get bigger when I breathe in...and when I blow out they tighten and flex !! I'd imagine it's the same for all humans!!
