My girlfriend and I live together, have a three year old son, but are not married. She claims him as a dependent. Am I eligible to get EIC?

Can I claim him for the EIC only credit, or any other way for me to also get a credit for him?

Because you live together, you can't. Typically, whoever makes the most (or will get most benefit from the tax credit) should claim him. You can get more information through the following...
