Why did Pizza Hut change so much?

first they took away the buffet then the took away the few arcade games they had then they changed the pictures and arrangement of tables exc. and mad it look boring and the took away the cheese and stuff from the table and have it in little packs like sugar or something (who dose that??? the cheese and seasoning shakers are a staple for any pizza place!!!!!) and the pizza didnt taste as good as it used to and now they make you come to the counter to order and to pick up your pizza even if you are eating there!!! why do they keep making changes?????? they are ruining Pizza Hut!!!!!!
