TF2 Trading Problem!

I just bought an item on the Mann Co. Store so I could be a premium member. I have many tradable items but when I click on someone (on the current server) to trade with it says that they are already trading. I know that isn't true because it does that for all the people I try to trade with. The main reason I became a premium member is for trading so I need to know how to fix this.
