Would 15 minutes of cardio before my workouts make me feel sick?
I do 15 minutes of cardio before all of my weight lifting workouts. I've been doing it for 4-5 days now. I would start out at a small speed for 5 minutes. Then, a decent faster speed another 5 minutes. Then during the last 5 minutes, I would do one minute fast, one minute slow, one minute fast, one minute slow, and the final minute fast. I went to the gym and I could've sworn I felt sick. I haven't worked out in a while, though. It's been months since I've worked out this much and I don't even workout for an hour at least.
