No prescription needed shingles vaccine

Do you have to have a doctors prescription to get a shingles prescription? Who will give the shot without a prescription?

In the US you must have a doctors prescription to get a shingles vaccination. And as of right now it is recommended you be 60 years of age.

Yes, you must have a doctor's prescription to get a shingles prescription or any other prescription. Before the shingles prescription can be administered or sold to you, you will need to show your ESI card for the purchase and administration of the vaccine. You can be reporting to a pharmacist or a doctor to give you the shot or someone who is knowledgeable enough can be assigned to give it to you.

BS in mich tenn and other states you don't need a perscription. Florida Dr.s are greedy
