How do you heal red gums? My gums are red and does mouthwash like listerine but that stuff burns my gums!! And I do not have health care.

Try not using mouthwash for a few days. Listerine is potent and could be what's making your gums red if it burns when you use it (I can't use Listerine or any other mouthwash with alcohol). If the redness goes away, switch to a mouthwash that doesn't have alcohol in it.

If there is a university nearby, you might see if they have a dental clinic. Those are usually cheaper than regular dentist offices. You would be seen by a student, but they are supervised.

Floss and brush regularly and as soon as you can afford go see a dental hygienist.

Hydrogen peroxide mixed with warm salted water and swish. Tastes pretty bad but heals.

It is better for a doctor to diagnose it if you stop treating it a few days..
Then if it persists... go to a professional, because it may need medication.

Find a local clinic near you. They will work with you even of you have no health care. Some of them depending on your condition won't even charge you at all to do a simple cleaning and a check up. That's why we pay taxes for anyway. (:

It sounds like you have contracted gingivitis. The easiest fastest method of curing your swollen, painful red gums is to 1. Brush carefully with baking soda. 2. Hold a comfortable amount of household hydrogen peroxide in your mouth (do not swish) for about 5 minutes. It will mildly sting and when you expectorate you will see white patches along your gums. They will be gone in a few moments. Do this 3 times per day until the hydrogen peroxide no longer stings when you use it and the white patches no longer appear. You will begin to get relief after the first time you do it.

Rinse with warm salt water twice a day for at least a week. Once redness goes away start using Listerine and floss, floss, floss.
