HELP!! My hamster just had a random liter of babies! I don't know what to do! I bought her from a pet store and she didn't look pregnant!

She has 5 babies, I heard loud squeaking coming from her cage and I lifted her house up and saw 5 little squirming pink babies! What do I do? I've never handled baby hamsters before! I'm scared to do anything!

First, DON'T TOUCH THEM! the mother might reject them. Let nature take its course and tend to them. Just think, free hamsters!

You don't have to do anything. The mother takes care of them. You take care of her. I'm sure there's lots of information on the web about hamsters. Congrats X 5

You don't have to do anything! She will either take care of them or not!! Usually they are very good mothers. Just keep her water and food full so she can make plenty of milk for her babies! Enjoy!! They are so cute when they get moving around!!

First....stay calm....next....go to YouTube and look for videos about hamster care....or just google it. Way easier and faster for you to learn what you need to know. And you might be able to sell the babies back to the pet store when they are weened, you can always ask them.

Unless the mother dies u shouldn't be worrying just make sure the mom doesn't eat them jk (what that's what my hamster did when she gave birth)
