What is a diet/exercise plan that tones your body for ballet/dance

i'm a ballet dancer, and i'm looking for a good diet/exercise plan that will get rid of the fat in my stomach and thighs. i do lots of abb workouts and haven't seen any improvement in toning my stomach yet. it only makes it worse when i see people in my class with 6-packs, when i do a lot more excercise.

well you should eat balanced meals and doing sports like volleyball or tennis will get you there just dont eat fast food every day
