Gently cleanse ur skin with a gentle cleanser using ur fingers ,dab some acne cream on the bumps , don't touch ur face without ur hands sanitized . Don't pick at it ..

go to the store and buy cream for it it works great

go to the drugstore and get cream for it and dont put your chin in your hands because the oils and stuff from your hands can build up

Use warm water to open your pores, scrub you face, rinse with cold water. Then leave them alone!
