File as everyone else does. Just make sure you've kept meticulous records, I wouldn't want to see you get audited. If it's your first file as self employed, get an accountant to do them for you. It'll be worth every dime spent on his services. ;)
Self employed people SHOULD have records of all income, business expenses and mileage records for any business related driving. You will file a schedule C to find your taxable income. A schedule SE to find out what you owe in self employment tax and then it depends on if you have any equipment you are depreciating. Then fill out your 1040 using these figures. Note: a home office expense is a red flag to the IRS. If you declare it make sure you are absolutely in line with the rules.
