My truck is getting hot boiling out of the redatoir.i just put a new thermostat in it

Was the stat installed properly? Was or is the radiator clean? Is the antifreeze the proper mixture? Are you sure you don't have a cracked cylinder head, block, or blown head gasket? ALL these things MUST be taken into account when you have cooling system problems. A better choice is a repair shop.

Or cooling fan or put antifreeze in it that's what's supposed to be in there

Did you reseal your radiator? The coolant is under pressure so its a closed system. Water is significantly less effective in a radiator than coolant is.

check your radiator cap, water pump and if green and orange coolant are mixed it will create a sludge that clogs the entire cooling system

Try running w/o thermostat first to eliminate that part
