What are some diseases that cause horrible gnawing in the center gut and uncontrollable spasms?

I have been suffering from a horrible torturous gnawing in deep in the middle of my stomach. It's been causing me to contort and spasm. the whole ordeal is driving me insane. I have had my bowel checked and other than a couple palps, there was nothing there. what could be causing this horrible torture and what can I do about it?

Could be any number of things... Celiac's disease, diverticulitis, Crohns disease... an ulcer. I would see your Dr and find out.

I have esophageal ulcers and it cause a deep pain and spasms in the center lower lung/diaphragm region

Zantac and diet don't eat what bothers your stomach and get some sort of stress reliever
