What can you do about urinary infection other than antibotics , what other method will help?

Lots of water or cranberry juice .

Azo pills are supposed to help also. Any pharmacy should have them.

Lots of fluid to "flush" bacterial load out. Frequent voids will decrease time bacteria is "resident." Some say cranberry juice or blueberry juice as it changes the pH of the urinary tract flora and helps to eliminate the bacteria.

Juniper berries from a Juniper tree. Take 4 berries 3 times a day, like pills, don't chew. After about 5-7 days it will be gone.

They say cranberry juice helps clean your urinary tract , but if you do actually have an infection, you'll need to get a prescription from the doctor or will just keep getting worse
