Ginger is used for sea sickness. Flat ginger ale, Gatorade, water, tea w/ lemon, any jello except red. Lot's of sleep and meds for whatever is bothering you; pepto bismal to coat your stomach and some immodium (don't go crazy on them as your body needs to get rid of the bugs!

Probiotics are a must! This could be yogurt or a probiotic supplement. I had a doctor once tell me that if you have a fever and diarrhea don't take immodium or anything like it because your body needs to get rid of the bugs causing the fever. Also drink plenty of water so you don't get dehydrated.

Lemon-lime sodas, chicken soup/broth and saltines. Avoid all acidic foods and drinks.

Hi. If this sickness is a type of food bourne illness your cure, yes CURE, is HOMEOPATHY, i.e. remedies found in local pharmacies or health food stores. Use the remedy ARSENICUM. This can save your life!

Have yoghurt's, Lemon-lime sodas.
If your stomach is full, drink coca cola.
Not to eat acidity, oily roasted and solid food.
Better to drink and some easily digest.

1/2 lemon squeezed, add 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda slowly, once the fizz stops add water 1 cup. do this for a couple days or so once in morn and efore bed you should feel brand new.

Work out until you must puke and/or blast but be quick getting to the bathroom then brushing or wiping should go without saying, eat, drink and rest. Wake up and lift weights, puke/blast again, eat drink and rest. Wake up and run a half marathon (13 miles) puke/blast again, eat drink and rest. Repeat the process until you have puked and diarrhea crapped all the sick out of yourself. How is that for medical science?
