How do you fix a computer mouse?

I was working on homework and i was pretty angry and then my brother comes in and starts singing and i slammed on the mouse.... it's runned by batteries and when it's closed the right click think works but when it's opened it doesn't. Should i replace it? Any ideas? Please help!

Probably easier to simply replace it, you can get a mouse from between $10-$20 so at least they are not real expensive in the meantime get a small piece of duct tape and tape the battery cover closed so it will work until you can replace it
