What does it mean when a girl points you out to her friends

Hi so today i was doing my job emptying trash and my friend saw me and she pointed me out to her friend. i waved to them but they keeping on pointing to me. they did this two times. but i saw her friend in the hall i waved to she waved to me. what does this mean when they do this

It might mean many things like " check this guy out he is cute " or "this is the loser I have been talking to you about"

I think if they smiled they were calling you cute or she might even like you
