When you learn to do a split all the way down does it still hurt when you do it?
i think if i heard right, you take it step by step meaning every day you stretch further and practice on that for a little bit, next week or so you stretch more and eventually you'll be able to do the split..
I didn't hurt me. I stretched everyday for my splits.:)
Not if you've done it enough.
It'll hurt in the beginning but as you get more flexible it goes away.
