1. Cut way down on sugar all together ( toughy one ) Eat healthy... 2. chose good fats that your body will burn quickly. Coconut oil, Olive Oil etc and eat good healthy food...home made preferably as you can control what you eat that way. Stay far away from fast food and get plenty of exercise...the cardio vascular type.
You don't want to lose weight too fast because your body may start eating at your muscles. The best way to lose weight is just to eat healthy (high fiber, high lean protein meals, low sugars and simple carbs), and to exercise.
Look into diets for diabetics, they are great for losing weight the healthy way.
