Use more good fats in your cooking. Olive oil, coconut oil, peanut butter, high protein Greek yogurt.... these types of good fats can be "hidden" in most recipes! Cooking at home gives you way more control over what you put in your loved ones body.

I hope she's not anorexic! Um, anyway, maybe you could ask what her favorite dish is, and then say every Friday, if she eats all her meals that week, you'll make her her favorite dish.
