How to deal with stress

I am so stressed with teachers friends school and family how can I deal with it

Books, distractions, tv, look up good jokes that make you laugh, text and conversate with your best friend, YouTube things. Sleep so your mind can get rest, cold water, and most effectively is this - exercise. This releases alot of stress and it works for alot of people.

I taught myself a form of meditation that I made up, involving imagining putting all your worries into a big bag, then tying up the neck of the bag really tight and throwing it into a corner. It actually works, I feel noticeably calmer afterwards. I hope this helps you.

Take time everyday to give yourself a "break time" to do whatever you want. Make sure it's something you like doing.

Work out just for a jog or walk while hearing an fav music or radio. Helps me or any other type of workout. :) Also maybe try punching your teacher in a face!! :D jk dont try that. :)

Exercise such as walking or running is good and just thinking calming thoughts about some beautiful place and such. Each person has to find what works for them.
