Can you legally get someone towed away for parking in your parking spot?

I live in Ontario. Our neighbours constantly park in our spots. We remind them every time its private parking and we need the spot for our cars. They also drive onto our grass and tell their guest to park in our spots. We have talked to their landlord but nothing has changed. So I was wondering if we can legally get their cars towed (hopefully at their expense) tired of asking them nicely to stop.

To be honest you shouldn't ask people this cause there is no certainty that it is completely reliable you should probably just look it up.

Call 911 and say someone is parked on my land/property and I want to have their car forcefully removed.

There should be a posted phone number of a towing company for you to call. Completely lea gal if the spaces are assigned.

Call the cops to deal with them. Seems you've been polite long enough.

This is a trespass and you can sue, but that's not what you want. If the spots are posted, then it becomes a criminal trespass and the police can prosecute and have the vehicles removed.
