vacation in two weeks help :(
ok so I'm going on vacation on a cruise in two weeks I'm 13 124 pounds and 5 "3" I really want to get a perky butt and smaller thighs so if I do 16. sets of 20 squats everyday will that help? should I do more and will it look good ? it's a nine day cruise also I have really big hips so what can I do to at least look smaller any exercise routines please help ill do almost anything for smaller hips and I'm only eating 2000 calories a day thanks!!!!!
