I need some advice on getting someone to stop talking to you?

I need help like NOW!! so my ex won't STOP-TALKING-TO-ME and he's annoying me now. I've ignored him completely I don't look or speak to him, but NO he keeps talking and talking even if I'm not answering! and if I'm with a friend he purposely goes to talk to my friend because I'm there! and every new friend I make he becomes friends with too! and whenever the teacher lets us sit wherever we want he brings a girl and goes to sit with me and I'm like please leave! it's annoying and I've gotten mad and yelled and made it clear I want him to leave me alone he's friends with all his exes and I told him not this one! I keep in contact with none of them especially the ones that cheated on me! what do I do? :c I'm tired and irritated my friend told me that he said to her that he knows I hate him but its fun to annoy me -___- and I'm pretty sure he doesn't like me anymore he's even admitted to liking someone else so I know that's not it so why?! and how do I get him to STOP!

Tell him straight up to his face to leave you alone. You've broken up so he doesn't need to be hanging around you like that. He's annoying you, so you need to tell him he bothers you and maybe he'll back off once he knows you get upset by it. Ignoring him maybe makes it seem to him that you're listening to what he says. But telling him you are ignoring him may signal to him that you've had enough.

Oh believe me I've said every harsh thing possible I'be ignored him and when he keeps talking I constantly tell him to shut up and not even that he clearly knows I hate him but finds enjoyment in that

Do you have any guidance counselors at school? I'm not sure how your school handles things like this. It would be best to seek help from them and maybe he can be told by adults to leave you alone and get people on your side.

Keep ignoring him. And don't give him any reactions that will make him want to keep doing it. Just go about your business and let him talk to himself, and he'll probably eventually get bored of it if he can't get you to respond.

I did that last semester of school and nothing and for this second semester I decided to try yelling him to stop but it's not working!

Because he wants the yelling reaction is what I'm thinking. It IS quite a problem. I'd recommend just telling him flat out that you don't want to see him again, but I assume you've already done that?

Yeah I have! I don't get how people like that can't just stop and take a hint!

He gets a kick out of irritating you. Don't show that what he is doing effects you.

When I make no reaction he does it more

Then maybe you should tell your school counselor. Tell them he is harassing you.
