A full Life is a culmination of happiness, joy, pain, sorrow, adventures, disappointments, dreams, nightmares, goals met, opportunities lost, etc. A gift/journey to be appreciated and shared with someone special, starting with YOURSELF. Life is an expression of creation, regardless of its beginning, that adapts/survives now and forever in one form or another.
Life is the biggest freedom you'll ever have. It's the opportunity to do what you will and make what you want of it. If your really sit back and think on it, you have no limits and the human body is 10x more capable that the most successful person on the face of the earth. no one really realizes it but its all science.

Scientifically, living things have major unifying characteristics. They are composed of cells, have genetic material, need energy, reproduce, respond to stimuli, maintain homeostatis and adapt to their environment.
Life is what you make it. You were created for God's pleasure. He has a purpose and destiny for you life. First you need to surrender your entire life to Him by humbly yourself before Him and admit your a sinner in need of a Savior. Then you need to Repent of your sins and ask Jesus to forgive you of your sins and ask Him to be Lord and Savior Of your life. And ask Him to change you and your way of thinking and to give you power though the Holy Spirit to overcome sin and start living for Him and not yourself. Then you need to start praying by talking and spending time with God though prayer and His Word ( The Bible ) And find Christian brothers and sisters to fellowship with. That's why you were created.

God made us with a soul.... That part lives on after the housing of that soul dies(bodily).
