Some is, but as soon as they make one illegal the change the composition just enough to get by the law. Do you really what to $crew up you body that bad! ER's are overloaded with people having really bad trips off this stuff!

Nah, seen people strung on OTC chems. Trying to hump a tree, beat the crapage out of 6 people, and made the fatal decision of trying to kill an armed citizen!
