what could this be?

Several months ago, I lifted something with my left hand. I heard a pop and looked at my hand and it was immediately swollen in one area. It's been MONTHS and the lump is still there. Any idea what it could be? Broken blood vessel maybe? It doesn't hurt.

It may be a fracture and might have wrong calcification. There may be some blood clot which is not healed yet. It may require minor surgery.

Go to the hospital. They will probably give you an xray.

Sounds like it popped out of the socket and that's why the lump is there.

yea.. it's weird. it will get lodged under my finger bones sometimes and hurt like crazy but it doesn't hurt otherwise. My hand is weak too.

It could be a Ganglion Cyst since it doesn't hurt.
