Your phone is already set up with word prediction. Just change it in the settings.

It's the crappiest word prediction ever. I have gone into settings already, do you know of another keyboard?

Nope. And have you trained your phone? When it pops up with a bunch of words and you actually click on one of the words, it will start offering the words you use more often. Of course, if its Apple, you're just stuck, sorry.

Yep I've been "training" it, like I said crappiest prediction ever :D

I star everyone, as long as they were trying to help lol. And it does not predict words well, it's very difficult to use. I've been using it for a year and a half now.

For almost 2 years now, I've been using what I think is the best 3rd party keyboard available for Android. According to statistics, it's also the most popular (It's won a few awards as well). It's called 'Swiftkey'. The latest version is 'Swiftkey 3'. That would be the one to get. Right now, it's regular priced at $3.99. But there's a free trial version that you can try. It's prediction engine is so good, it's scary. When you first launch it, asks you to do some things to help learn how you type. Optionally, you can sign in with your Facebook, Twitter and Gmail accounts (if you have them) so that it can go through every post or email that you've sent and learn how you type. You can also have it scan any text messages that you may have on your phone. Even after the setup process, it keeps learning your typing habits...

(Since I'm limited to 1200 characters, look in comments for more).

There may be times when after you've typed your first word of a sentence, you won't have to press anymore letters. You can just keep tapping one of the three predictions that pop up until you've finished your sentence. It's that smart. It's a little customizable, too. There are a few different skins which change the color and a little how the keys look. You can also change the keyboard height with 3 different options.

Even if you've already settled with a different keyboard, I'm positive that you would like this one better. That is, if you haven't already found this keyboard.
