I am working as Soft. W. Dev. since 2009 in the same comp. I want to change my title, but my boss says no senior or analyst. Any recommend.?

There is a reason why your boss is not giving in to your request of changing the job title. It would be not make any difference to change the job title and the job doesn't change. Get to know the reason he turned you down then you can opt to go for further studies to make the changes.

Shakespeare once said "Whats in a name" Think about it. How important is your title if the work stays the same. Sounds like you are in it for the wrong reasons.
