I did the ice and salt challenge and after 4 days it left a red mark. Does anyone know what to do to clear it up or what cream to put on it?

You have frostbite.
You couldn't have...looked up why the challenge is bad or anything?
It makes ice colder, and cold enough, to give you frostbite.
There is nothing you can do, the dead skin will eventually fall away.
