What are some good ways to cope with stress?
I heard Ice cream helps.. But personally, I don't think it does.
Relax, take a bath..
Do a fun activity, talk to a friend about it, and/or develop your own little trick (ex. counting, breathing deeply,using a stress ball, etc.)
Take 10 deep breaths. Yoga. Sensory image, think of a nice relaxing place like the beach and imagine the smells sounds feeling taste (if there is one) and touch.
Prayer Helps :) also really think if what your stressing out about is really worth it, 9 out of 10 times its not, It all in your head, I used to have an anxiety disorder, hope that helps..
sneak out of class and play games on a laptop in a hidden area
Meditation, yoga, deep breathing. Try to mentally remove yourself from what's causing the stress. Do something nice for yourself spend time with friends become a volunteer. Try to find time to do the things that make you most happy. Good luck
