Could I really be pregnant, or are my hormones messed up?

Last time I had my period was in the middle of August in 2012, the last time I had intercourse was in October 2012. My periods are very irregular, they happen usually 2-3 days every other month or two. I took 2 pregnancy tests and they both came out positive, but I think there's something wrong with my hormones and that I'm turning infertile. I know that false pregnancy is very rare, so it possibly could be that? I really need help...Please help me?

You're probably pregnant. Have a blood test to confirm and start taking vitamins just in case.

I honestly, cannot keep the baby if I truly am pregnant. I'm still in school and I do not have time to take care of my baby. I'm trying not to consider an abortion but I have no other choice, but I hear that if I'm over 3 1/2 months pregnant that I cannot get an abortion...

False pregnancy isn't as uncommon as you think.
If you were pregnant you'd be 4 months. Your stomach would be noticeable and what's more is you'd be starting to feel the baby move.
Many MANY MANY things can cause a false positive. Anemia being one of them.
Edited to add: only the doctor can tell you if you're pregnant, also if you're infertile.

pregnancy test detect a hormone produced during pregnancy. If its showing positive i would see a doctor asap. Not having prenatal care is very dangerous to you and baby.
