I am 18 years old and naturally skinny, but I am relatively fit, how can I gain weight much easier? (I tried everything)
I'm a girl; obviously. I've been skinny my whole life really, and a lot of my family members are skinny also.
I hate being skinny. Don't tell me to not change anything. I want to change my weight. I want to be like... 120 pounds or else 125. I look too much like a little kid, and I am so insecure about my own weight, I feel disgusted.
I've tried Protein Shakes, gaining muscle, eating processed foods, eating more, I just can't seem to put on weight, and it doesn't make me lucky either.
*Don't say to get pregnant either. That is not going to happen at all*
