Yes! Private property and could be considered trespassing. Talk to neighbor and ask to please stop using your property as a turn around. If it continues, THEN ask police for help. If possible, try to get pix of actual activity for further proof.
yes! private property that does not belong to him, it's considered trespassing. talk to him and tell him to stop, if it continues, catch him in the act with a camera for proof and go to the local police. take the picture when you go, and show them.
It is wrong for your neighbor to turn his/her car in your driveway because it is considered trespassing on private property. Go over to your neighbor and let them know that what they are doing is wrong and that you are uncomfortable with it.
