You can try isopropyl alcohol....... just be VERY careful that You Do Not get it into Your eyes.....

Well if makeup remover doesn't work then don't use that product of mascara anymore. It'll damage your skin and, frankly, isn't worth the trouble.

I use water proof mascara and all I do is take a wash cloth put dove soap on it with some warm water and it comes off really easily!!

Blowtorch....... Ha! Just kidding. Vaseline is best because some oils will splash miniscule droplets into your eyes and have you crying. Use a soft washcloth. When you shower wash your face area around the eyes with Johnson's baby soap. That will get the oily residue off.
