I successfully completed tasc probation 17 years ago but the state prosecuter used it against me

with the old covictions dismissed how can they be used to enhance the charges now

In most occasions, a person convicted with TASC probation stays on the record forever unless the Governor issues a pardon. In most cases, this is not very common because he/she is treated as a person with a drug problem. You can see a lawyer for more inquiries on how to clear your name.
