What are some of the best ways to train for the Ironman Triathlon World Championship?

I will be training my body for this exciting challenge and I am seeking ideas.

Some best ways to train for the championships are practicing more regularly. You need to swim at least three times a week and bike comfortably for one hour or more so as to improve on your speed.
